REDARC BC-DC1225D 25Amp In Vehicle Battery Charger
The REDARC BCDC1225D is a 12V 25A In-vehicle DC to DC battery charger. It features the next generation in REDARC In-vehicle charging technology, charging from Solar and DC inputs simultaneously.
Designed for easy use, the Redarc Quick connect will allow you to easily disconnect or reconnect the BCDC unit with just a click of an Anderson connector!

Fitted with Genuine Anderson connectors for Solar input and output connection:
- Input from vehicle (Red wire into Grey 3way Anderson type connector, includes ignition wire fitted for easy connection in low voltage vehicles)
- Input from unregulated solar panel (Yellow wire into Black Anderson)
- Output to secondary battery (Brown wire to Grey Anderson)
- Spade terminals (to easily change between the battery chemistry)
Note:
The 3 way Anderson type connector is not a genuine Anderson as Anderson products do not provide this model. This connector will fit all genuine Anderson's.
The 3 way Anderson connector can be connected to either a standard 50 Amp Anderson, or, to a 3way Anderson connector to include the ignition wire. The ignition wire is recommended to run for all low voltage vehicles.

The REDARC BCDC1225D In-vehicle Battery Charger is the next generation in REDARC's DC to DC charging technology, with additional features that make it the most advanced dual battery charger on the market.
Featuring a Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) solar regulator, the BCDC1225D will charge from both solar and the alternator simultaneously. And, with built-in Green Power Priority it will select solar charging first, meaning less load on the alternator.
Suitable for 12 or 24-volt vehicle systems, the unit will also work with either standard or variable/smart alternators.
The BCDC1225D features the same patented charging profiles as it’s predecessor along with a new lithium charging profile making the unit suitable for charging AGM, Gel, Standard Lead Acid, Calcium and LiFePO4 batteries.
For most applications, the BCDC1225D is suitable for battery bank sizes of 75-200AH. For higher capacity needs of over 200AH, REDARC recommends the BCDC1240D.

Built in Australia and tested for our unique conditions, the DC to DC battery charger will work in the extreme heat of the Simpson Desert, up to 80°C and can handle deep water crossings at Cape York – water, dust and vibration are no match for this charger.

The Heavy duty Quick Connect wiring loom has been designed especially for the use with new model, low voltage vehicles when fitting a DC Charger.
This kit will suit all model Quick Connect chargers, from Projecta to Redarc. It will suit both 25 Amp and 40 Amp DC charger installations.
Supplied with a 7mt length of 8B&S cable, protected with split conduit tubing, and incorporating a pre-run ignition cable; the kit makes DIY installation easy.
Simply run the conduited cable under the vehicle's body and follow the steps in the instructions to protect the system and provide your 3 way Anderson connector to suit the Quick Connect. Splicing into an ignition activated source has never been an easier task as the kit is now provided with a number of different fuse taps (to suit majority of vehicles).

Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase when looking for a refund

Home of 12 Volt will repair or replace the item if faulty and the unit will be returned to you as the customer at the expense of Home of 12 Volt. (Return postage for customer to Home of 12 Volt is borne by the customer).
