The Thumper Heat reducing IDC cover has been designed to suit the Projecta IDC25 and IDC25L range of DC battery chargers.
Whether the DC charger is mounted under the bonnet, used as a portable quick connection, or even fitted to the lid of a battery pack or Battery Hub; the cover has been designed to fasten securely onto the lid of the DC battery charger to reduce the temperature of the DC charger when in use.
The T-IDC-C has proven results, when fitted, it has he ability to reduce the temperature of the IDC on average by 12 - 20°C.
How to use:
- Simply peel back the heat proof tape on located on the heat sync of the T-IDC-C
- Position the T-IDC-C so that the tape section of the heat sync is positioned over the flat surface of the DC Battery charger.
- Press down firmly on the T-IDC-C to allow the tape to adhere to the DC Charger.
- The T-IDC-C will now act to disperse any excess heat produced by the IDC Battery Charger.
The T-IDC-C will suit all model IDC25 and IDC25L Battery Chargers.
